Well actually, you have young children growing up idolising these players. If they see this guy is doing this after the game, same thin that she could do for their team play. It is a good example by calling something a "fu ** ing disgrace". Rooney has calmed a bit, because he did it first and I have not seen Smith play for young and old. Also, do it in other sports, rugby, swimming etc, and nobody goes up denounces the ref afterwards!
