Can these sites with DSI Web browser (Internet Game Card thing)?

I would like a DSI .. for 2 reasons, the camera (but im gonna wait until they improve ..) and the browser .. I see a DS lite. and I share a computer with 4 other people. Can I for my lite? Or are they just for the DSi? I'm sure you can on every website you want and I think that the Internet is for DSI can also upload photos you take with the DSi on Facebook (only facebook)
