Can someone explain the "Cheating" thing for me?

I've been posting here for a while and have yet to see someone a legitimate argument to what the Patriots have been cheating. I would like someone to explain facts of an argument with the following present: Who was involved? What was gained? How is information obtained helped them this year? Now, keep in mind that filming defensive signals, offensive signs, cheerleaders, women players, something in the game is perfectly legal, the only offense was the placement of the camera. Ed, yes I know the answer, but I'm not looking for the "answer" here, I want a hater who come here to explain their views using logic and fact. I think it is impossible, but I'm waiting to see what they say ... Pacman guy seems to understand the haters answer .... Crying and moaning with nothing to back up their answers.

The only offense was placement as you said, and I'm angry that Hoody could have prevented this. But the line is gray despite what Peter King and other Media members will think. It states a team is not allowed to "any camera equipment in areas not designated for use in a game ...". Check Belli has mean in the current game, but it actually means any game. Since the images they had was that the position of the competition area and destroyed the library they had any of those POV. The only possible case you can make an additional advantage is that the images of the employer and the illegal place to work with other teams, to our knowledge, only images the designated place. For me it is small at best. Goddell stated that it "gained no competitive advantage", so the tag should not be cheating. For me, cheating something to do to get an advantage and since it can not be proven, it is not cheating. ESPN was the first to name it that and people walked along.
