game camera viewing
Does someone like ABC sometimes uses the camera in the NBA playoffs when the camera sliding along the right?
ABC and ESPN always start the game in the NBA camera angle for the first few plays where they drag the camera along the court and its a strange angle thats hard to see the action. And they go back to every once in a while. It reminds what my opinion would be if I was in the back corner of the upper level, I think it looks terrible. Just curious what others thought of it. I do not think the TNT used, and I know that my local coverage not. Just curious what others think.
Yes TNT used it ... I do not know, I think it kind sucks. I do not have a basketball game look like Martin Scorcese shot. Abandoned long tracking shots to filmmakers. I mean, once in a while is cool, but not more than once a quarter. Are disturbing, draw the attention away from the game and the camera work.
