How to load images from camera to memory card?

I have a Pentax E10 camera and I ended up with about 10 pictures on the camera only when the memory is not in the camera. The port on the camera to the USB cable broke shortly after I bought it, so I can only use the card to transfer images to the PC. I try to find out how the images stored on the camera to only load the map so I can them in the PC. Suggestions? Thanks

You can use a card reader at Radio Shack for like, $ 12. It plugs into a USB port, and the card fits in, instant translation!
