I have a wii problem.?
I bought a Nintendo Wii and I am committed to the language setup screen. The system will not respond to the wii-mote and it will not sync with the system, and the sensor is connected and working. I checked the Wii promotes sensor on the Wii and my friend and they worked fine. I checked Nintendo's site and I have the symptoms of a system with a faulty sensor, but my sensor is working fine (checked infrared sensor lamps with cameras). Has anyone else had this problem?
I do the Wii and promo initially had some isolated problems. First make sure your remote is synced by the red buttons on the Wii console and remote and leave them at the same time. Do this for each remote. Stand back about 10ft from the sensor and now you are able to move your hand / cursor on the screen. If you can move the hand but not press the buttons the screen tells you push, because the remotes are numbered incorrectly. Each hand is a number on it. You must be at least 1 & 2. If you 3 & 4, go to the controller setup and changing area. This is the only problem we have had so far with the Wii and hundreds of people play the 6 systems we have setup in the mall every day. It is funny to see people come through criticism of, and say how stupid the Wii is compared to the PS3 and yet they are finally playing to half hours or more:)
