When buying a house out of state, you must be present to check, even if you have your own inspector?
I am buying my first house and the state have accepted the offer. I hired an independent inspector to do a traditional inspection, and radon, mold and infrared. Do I still exist for inspection or is it exaggerated?
You should always be there for the inspection.
