small infrared camera
There is a house is making very strange sounds, loaded with infrared cameras ... WTF is going on there?
Along a route I often walk there is a small white house on a fairly large street. When you pass the house (at night anyway, I have not passed through a different time) there is a terrible kind of high tricks electrical whine, as if in addition to a power transformer station. Along the sides of the house and the porch are infrared cameras, the basement windows (where the sound seems to come out) are boarded up, and the windows are dark, but besides that very little lawn around the house is very clean and well maintained, with plants, shrubs, flowers, beautiful sound grass and a small rock garden type thing going on, a bit like the kind of house you'd think someone's grandmother or aunt to live in. It is a smaller house right off of the down town area of a fairly large city. Now I ask you internet ... what in the blue hell could be going on inside this house? I assume that something nefarious going on, be it drugs, hacking, or kiddie porn ring ...
I think you call the police anonymously and tell them that drugs inside. They will go, even if nothing there, and you can hang around and look, ask set as "What seems the problem officer?
