spy camera office
A boy in my work put a spy camera in my office 2video me. I have rights and I can not help it
Actually he thought I was a friend to see his who was completely innocent, but he has it in his head and he's just gone all weird on me ... (he works as an editor) he went out of his way to buy a spy cam, he noticed the in a cassette tape and started recording his new when I worked late, my boss found it took the camera off him and made him pay for the tape. (cose was time working and tape) He still keep doing weird things and I trust him. Hence the reason why I wonder if I could stuff more so then he will stop doing what he does. (Eg, he sneaks into my office and jump me or shock me) I keep telling him to stop but he laughs and continues to do .... I ask him to stop, but he's just not getting it reversed! I not feel the director has dealt with the issue enough for me to feel better, although he has done something. Thanks for all your advice guys!
If not the owners of doing business, it is illegal. You can complain or you can go to the police and have him charged. If I were you, I would call th epolice in your area and simply ask what the pena lites / procedures, and tell us coowroker that if they do not turn, will notify you. If he still does not knoock it off, so your boss, tell them that the employee still doing, tell them the laww and how he breaks it and ask them to stop and for all NCE ito (serious talk with the employee, so they arn't moving around you, even fire them). If that does not work, the report of the employee and leave the law behind him. If that doens't work, sue him for breach of privacy and pain and suffering. You can also restraining order route, but you would need to talk with the police in your area.
