I am completely creeped out! I think my girlfriend is spying on me!?

My friend gave me a pen the other day, I asked for it once and use them gave it to me. I was fiddling around with the pen the other day when I broke it and there was a camera in there! So I bought one of those things online detection camera and found that this camera the teddy bear she gave me! wtf? She told me it was Vermont or something. I found out a little face buried in my garden with my car so she could see me. (I'm guessing it was her). Idk what to do. Should I break, press the cost? She was beautiful and smart, I knew that she knew a lot about computers and stuff. But use it against me? What should I do? I freaked out.

Rofl, that just funny. But if it is true, I would, she sounds like an obsessive stalker. And the police charges were not exactly poor either idea ...
