Diving with a camera?
So I go into the Great Barrier Reef in a few weeks for diving and snorkeling, and I want something so that I can with my camera me snorkeling. And I can not afford a new camera on the work done under water. Mine was not cheap, so I would be happy with me if possible. I have the Casio Exilim S880, and no housings are specially made for her. Plus, since it is not a Casio product warentee would not cover if something would happen. Is there an alternative, or does anyone know of a good case that works with slim digital cameras? I think it is your only choice for that camera. Snorkeling on the surface is and that's it. It is up to you to decide whether you want to be confident that 15 meters. Not me, thanks. Another thing that you need to consider is that you're shooting a plastic bag, which is not going to your images do much of a favor. I would opt for a waterproof disposable. You're not going to more than 15 meters or so, but at least if something goes wrong, it is a cheaper your digital loss. You'd be surprised how many cameras like the Sea & Sea has the price downwards. You can find them at less than $ 300 now for the digitals. Besides, I remember seeing a cheap digital in the local Walmart, which was reportedly waterproof.
