What kind of camera should I get?
I'm looking to invest in a new digital camera. I went to buy the Olympus Stylus 1030 SW because .... it's waterproof, shockproof, etc. (I tend to get a little on the side klutsy). But I'm interested in getting something more for photography .... I've never studied. But I love photography. I'm looking for versatility (such as the ability to put on different lenses) Suggestions?
Well, for D40 / D80 even been mentioned, an error for the D40 - it can not autofocus lens that not every one in the engine (old one, see, it will only focus lenses on D80 or later). I would spend a little more on the D60 over the D40, only for the megapixels and processor as a beginner. If you do not mind spending more on the body, the D80 can save $ $ $ from to buy used lenses. If you want the best picture and growth potential for your money, you can not beat the D90.
