exacrtly it means what it should do, The solar charger is for charging the pen and the video streams wirelessly to the receiver can be in your pocket or purse. Even in an adjacent room, until you reach the signal. Best use for espionage would be to leave it lying on a table, if you pick up a pen and use it as it seems a bit suspicius
